This guided sleep meditation is designed to program the subconscious mind for total body self healing. The body is generated by the mind. Over 30 carefully designed affirmations are used, and through repetition we can train the mind into more positive thought patterns, to help return our physical body to its natural DNA template. Our subconscious mind is always listening, even while we are asleep. First I relax you down as you head toward sleep, then the affirmations begin.
