Ease Anxiety Guided Meditation
This guided mediation is designed to help calm your anxiety. We don't choose to have anxiety, it just happens to us. Although it is a 'looking forward', anticipating, emotion; anxiety has roots in our past. Perhaps past experiences have taught us that negative events do happen, or we are somewhat emotionally underdeveloped, unable to cope, due to previous emotional neglect. Inner work is required to heal these past traumas, found here in my Inner Work Playlist. This mediation however, aims to calm your anxiety in the present moment, by enabling you to focus on this present moment, knowing that you are safe and well, and able to cope with life's challenges. We perform powerful visualization and soothing, confidence-building affirmations, to help to reduce anxiety in the now.
