Kundalini Meditation: Awakening Kundalini Energy
Perform this Kundalini meditation for awakening Kundalini energy. First we perform 4 minutes of Kundalini breath-work (the alternate nostril breathing technique) in order to center, balance and stimulate our energies. Then we begin a powerful Kundalini visualization technique for stimulating energy to rise. Heat is often felt as Kundalni energy moves. It's important to note that awakening Kundalini energy can result in further stages of awakening which is beneficial for spiritual growth, but can be rather powerful and are not to be taken lightly.
