This guided sleep meditation is designed to program the subconscious mind to believe in health and abundance. More than 30 carefully designed affirmations are used, and through repetition we can train the mind to manifest effectively. Our subconscious mind is always listening, even while we are asleep. We manifest what we truly believe. First I relax you down as you head toward sleep, then the affirmations begin. Affirmations are best used along with quality inner work in order to remove unhelpful negative core beliefs which can prevent effective manifesting.
