This guided meditation is designed to help build your confidence. We journey back in time to heal memories of circumstances and events that may have reduced your confidence. We often carry these events and their effects within our subconscious mind, affecting how we feel today. Using visualization and healing techniques we can try to heal those memories. This meditation can be performed more than once for healing multiple past experiences. Confidence building affirmations are also performed during this guided meditation, to help to reprogram the subconscious mind to accept new, optimal, perceptions about the self and the world, helping you to feel more confident in daily life.
