This talk-down for sleep is designed to help you to gently drift off to sleep. In the form of a guided meditation, just lay down in your bed (or whenever you wish to sleep) and play the guided meditation. The first 17 minutes involve relaxing you down and preparing you for sleep. You may fall asleep during this time and that's fine. Next the subconscious sleep affirmations begin, programming your subconscious mind to fall asleep. Affirmations address any blockers to sleep, anxiety about not sleeping, or responsibilities that require your attention - we must release all of these. You will also receive subconscious suggestion during the hypnosis, that sleep comes easily for you, that it is very possible for you to fall asleep easily and more. The music is very calming and the female voice is soothing and relaxing.
