This inner child guided meditation is designed to heal and calm your emotions, by addressing events that your younger self experienced in the past. Firstly I take you on a journey to meet your inner child (to provide them with love and comfort), then we perform some inner work healing with your inner child within a memory provided by your subconscious mind. When we view past events with our adult mind of today, we perceive them differently to how our child-self perceived them. This is extremely healing. In addition, by comforting and reassuring our inner child, this part of us will not cry out for healing and support from within us, in our daily life today.
