Releasing resistance from our lives, helps us to move forward in love and light, coming from a place of 'yes' rather than a place of 'no'. This guided meditation helps to heal resistance which is often felt in the form of negative emotions. Negative emotions are signposts to show us that we are resisting something. Acceptance is the remedy to resistance, so by accepting 'what is' we can move forward constructively and improve our circumstances and situations.
